Velos Constructions was founded by Christos Anagnostou, a licensed engineer with more than forty years of experience across private and public projects. From the start, the work has been led from the site, not the office.
Today the company delivers complex building projects and technical management end to end, from high-end residences in the Cyclades to large industrial facilities, with consistency, whatever the scale.

Christos Anagnostou
Christos Anagnostou is a Diploma Electrical Engineer from the Democritus University of Thrace and has been exclusively active in the construction of building and industrial projects since 1986. With four decades of experience, he has been involved in both the core design coordination and full execution of projects, acting as a key link between investors and consulting engineers, with a clear understanding of each project’s purpose and functional requirements.
Nikos Arvanitis is a Rural and Surveying Engineer of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has an academic background in Geoinformatics and Surveying. He began his professional career as a construction engineer and field surveyor in major public infrastructure projects, including hydraulic, road and port works across Greece. He later worked on private industrial projects in the Athens metropolitan area and, since 2020, has been involved in the construction of high-end residential properties. His field experience strengthens geometric accuracy and the precise implementation of each construction phase.

George Katsibokis is a business-oriented AECO professional (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) with three decades of global experience in the built environment. As a Project, Development, and Operations Director, he has led interdisciplinary teams for both large corporations and SMEs across Europe, Asia, and the UK.
George’s diverse portfolio ranges from high-end, architecturally significant developments and large mixed-use residential schemes to major commercial and infrastructure projects. Beyond project delivery, he specializes in B2B consulting to drive organizational change for developers, contractors, and consultants. He is deeply passionate about architecture, the digitalisation of construction, sustainable building reuse, and the role of heritage in placemaking.
An alumnus of Imperial College and Cambridge University (Wolfson College), George is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and holds memberships with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Association for Project Management (APM), the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE/TCG).
In his role as CDO at Velos, George spearheads development and growth, ensuring the company’s core values of integrity and exceptional quality are seamlessly communicated and delivered to project owners.
